Hi there! I grew up Highlands Ranch, Colorado and then attended Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa - Go Duhawks!! In college, I was actively involved in Campus Ministry, serving on our leadership team, and co-leader of our annual retreat. It was during this time I felt the Lord calling me to ministry, so I chose to continue my education through the Notre Dame Echo Program where I earned my master’s degree in theology. My latest adventure before returning to the great midwest was as a campus minister at Elon University where I learned to love walking with college students, parmesan truffle fries, and comfort color t-shirts.

Outside of ministry I enjoy anything outdoors, wearing my chacos, doggos, reading, dinosaurs, and making nerdy theology jokes.

Fr. Varghese is a  native of Imphal, India, currently serving as the pastor of St. Thomas Aquinas Parish.  Fr. Varghese was ordained in 1985 and worked in that archdiocese for a number of years both as a parish priest and rector of St. Thomas Seminary in the northeastern state of Manipur. His first assignment in the United States was at St. Denis parish in Yonkers, N.Y. He served as parochial vicar from 1995-2000. He has served in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis parishes of St. Michael the Archangel, Sacred Heart and St. Joseph, as well as the chaplain of the Federal Prison in Terre Huate.
