Thinking about how to pray

Begin with this prayer of Saint Theresa

May there be peace within
May you trust God
that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

May you use those gifts that you have received.
and pass on the love that has been given to you.
May you be content knowing that you are a child of God.
Let this presence settle into your bones
and allow your soul the freedom
to sing, dance, praise and love.

Butler is a place of many extroverts - people who are comfrotable in about any social setting and enjoy most any conversation about most any topic at anytime. Less extroverted people tend to be more quiet; they enjoy being alone as well as with other people. They don't need as much talk. They take a little longer to process their feelings. At times, they cannot immediately think of what to say. They just need more time.   In the social settting of Butler as well as the culture of the United States less extroverted people  often uncomfortable with all the pressure  is to join up ,do things, go to lots of parties. and always be talking.

THe most important thing is to realize that it is just fine to be less extroverted.
