Welcome to the Butler Catholic Community!

The BCC is here to serve the campus and be your church away from home. I am Ann Govert, a junior Electronic Journalism and Business Marketing double major, and President of the Butler Catholic Community.

Ever since my freshman year the Butler Catholic Community has been an important part of my campus life. The BCC is a great outlet for Catholic students to become involved on campus. We offer many ways to grow in your faith including Sunday Mass, a mid-week Mass, faith sharing groups, and retreats. There are also many service opportunities available through the BCC including helping with the ministries at Mass, volunteering at nearby church and school St. Thomas Aquinas, and other various service projects throughout the Indianapolis community.

Our presence over the past few years has grown exponentially and continues to expand, always offering new opportunities for students to grow deeper in their faith. We are so happy to have such a large number of students who continue to practice their faith throughout college. We want to make this experience unique for you, so please let us know what we can do to help you continue to grow and take advantage of what the BCC has to offer. I would love to hear from you, so please contact me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. A Prayer to Make a Difference

O Lord, help me know your will for me.

Let your light shine in the depth of my heart that I may know what you want me to do with my life.

Help me believe that you have a special plan for me. Lord, I know I pass through this life only once; help me decide how you want me to make a difference. Like your Blessed Mother, give me the wisdom to hear your voice and the courage to answer your call.

Above all give me peace of mind and heart.

I offer this prayer in your name.

AMEN.
