LAST MASS: Sunday, May 6 at 1:00 at the blue house. If the weather is good we will be outside. We do not have Mass during the summer. Next Mass is WELCOME WEEKEND, August 19 at 10:00 AM in the Reilly Room. We look forward to welcoming Freshmen and their families.

When I first came to Butler, I was not sure how faith would fit into my college experience. Since those first few weeks, the BCC has been part of my campus life, encouraging me and my peers to become involved in faith and service. Our community provides many ways to grow in faith: We offer Sunday Mass, midweek Mass, faith sharing groups, topical discussions, and various retreats. As our mission statement indicates, we not only share faith through worship and the sacraments, but also participate in interfaith and service activities. These include volunteering at local churches and food pantries, helping with ministries at Mass, and even traveling to Honduras during the summer to offer service.
Our community continues to grow, and each year offers more opportunities for students to increase faith and friendship. The theme we have chosen for the next few months is building community through human interaction, care, and meaningful conversation. We are thrilled to see so many college students practicing faith, and we want to ensure everyone can find a place in our expanding community. On that note, please let us know of any questions, concerns, or suggestions you might have: You can contact me at
